Must be an Arizona 501 3c charity/organization to be considered for a donation. Requests must be submitted a minimum of 7 days prior to event. If approved, person picking up rental costumes must provide a credit card deposit to cover damages and/or late fees if applicable. All correspondence must come from the organizations fax and/or email. Personal emails will not be considered.

We donate no more than two costumes per event, per organization per year. List type/name of costumes you would like to have donated within the comments box.

Please Note:

We cannot donate retail items or helium. We want to support our local community. We have found it necessary to limit the number of costumes we can donate. Due to the economy, we have less staff to repair and clean those rentals. It is also necessary for organizations to do the same. We must all try to buy local whenever you can and not on line with a company out of state that will never donate or spend a dime to support your group.
