I don't know what the other people that were rating this were expecting but it worked great for sealing Ben Nye cream colors on the eye for an underwater photo shoot. It does contain alcohol so you have to close your eyes and hold it back a little ways. Make sure you use a little invisible set powder over the creams first. Made the makeup last for hours!
