Mardi Gras Jester Hat - With Braids And Bells

Velveteen mardi gras style jester hat is made of purple and green with gold lame and is fully lined. Three large points on the hat are tipped with 16" strips of velveteen and lame tied intermittently with double jingle bells for a braid-like apearance and an attention-getting soft jimgle as you walk. An adjustable strap on the inside of the hat ensures a snug fit for most adult heads. The hat has an adjustable strap inside, but will fit only most small to medium sized heads.
