If I Place My Order Today, When Will I Receive It?
Most orders will ship out within 1 business day from the time the order is placed. In some rare instances, it may take up to 3 business days for processing (business days are weekdays, Monday-Friday, excluding Saturday, Sunday and holidays) AFTER you place your order BEFORE it will ship. After processing time, in-transit time will be based on the delivery option you selected and the geographic area of the package's final destination. In-transit times vary for UPS Ground, again, based upon geographic region to which the package is being shipped. Most of the USPS options do not have a guaranteed delivery date. For example, an order for UPS Ground will typically take 3-7 days (including processing time) to get to you. If you need your order in less than 3 days, then one of the UPS air options or USPS Express should be selected according to your delivery date needs, for a guaranteed time frame. If you are concerned with delivery times then feel free to contact us at 602.271.9146(9am-5pm Monday-Friday, Mountain Standard Time) and we will be able to assist you with any questions.

You may track your order by clicking on the tracking number that will be provided on the email sent to you notifying you that your order has been shipped. This will direct you to UPS or USPS so that you may track the status of your order and obtain tracking information.Your e-mail address is only used to identify your account, to notify you about current promotions and specials, and to send out updates on your pending orders

Where Will Easleys.com Ship My Order?
We will ship your order to the Shipping Address that you provide. Please do not list a Post Office Box (PO Box) as UPS cannot deliver to a PO Box and shipment of your order will be delayed. PO Box addresses are acceptable for USPS (Post Office) shipping options only. We currently ship to the United States, US Territories, US Military bases (US & Abroad), and over 239 different International Locations.

How Do I Know Which Shipping Option To Select?
We currently offer 8 different shipping options for domestic orders:

*USPS shipping options are for Military address's or international orders only.*
*Domestic orders with USPS will be shipped out via the UPS equivalent.*

UPS Ground (3-7 business days)
UPS 3-Day Select (3 business days)
UPS 2nd Day Air (2 business days)
UPS Next Day Air (1 business day)
UPS World Wide Expedited (2-5 business days)
USPS Priority (3-7 business days)
USPS Express (3 business day)
USPS Global Express (3-5 business days)

How Are Shipping and Handling Charges Determined?
Domestic Shipping and handling rates are determined by:

The total weight of all of the merchandise ordered (most items are considered to be one pound or more each, as our shippers do not allow calculations based on fractions of a pound. Shipping and Handling charges for orders over 20 lbs. are calculated at a reduced rate.); and
Distance to final destination; and
The shipping option selected.

Where Is The Rest of My Order?
On occasion, Easleys.com must ship your order from different warehouses. Rest assured; you will never be billed for extra shipping charges when we ship from multiple locations.
